Data deletion & privacy requests

This page explains how to exercise rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data processed in connection with Refynne. It is published for transparency and for Google Play Data safety / user data disclosures.

Option 1 — In the app

Where available, use Settings → Privacy & Security → Data management to export or delete data stored on your device or synced to our services.

Option 2 — Email our privacy team

For account-linked data, verification, or requests not covered in-app, contact:

We respond within the timeframes stated in our Privacy Policy (for example 30–45 days depending on jurisdiction and complexity).

Regional rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, POPIA, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD). Those are summarized in our Data protection compliance guide and in the Privacy Policy.
